Trojan Ink Tattoo Studio Southgate provides tattoo, piercing, aesthetics, consultation, custom design, and related studio services.
Appointments can be requested through our website, by email, by phone, through social media, or in person at the studio.
A booking is only confirmed once we have accepted the appointment and, where required, received a deposit or booking fee.
We reserve the right to accept, refuse, rearrange, or cancel any appointment where necessary. This may include reasons relating to safety, suitability, artist availability, inappropriate behaviour, incorrect information, or failure to meet our studio requirements.
Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive late, your appointment may be shortened, rearranged, or treated as a missed appointment.
Some appointments require a deposit or booking fee to secure the appointment slot.
Deposits may be used toward the final cost of your appointment unless we state otherwise.
Deposits help cover the artist’s time, preparation, consultation, design work, and reserved appointment time. Deposits are generally non refundable if you cancel late, fail to attend, arrive too late to complete the service, or do not meet the requirements for the service.
If we need to cancel or rearrange your appointment due to studio reasons, we will offer a new appointment or refund any deposit paid where appropriate.
If you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible.
We ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
If you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice, miss your appointment, or arrive too late for the service to go ahead, your deposit may be lost and a new deposit may be required to book again.
We understand that emergencies can happen, and we may consider exceptional circumstances at our discretion.
Prices shown on our website, social media, or advertising materials are guide prices only unless confirmed directly by us.
Tattoo prices can vary depending on size, placement, detail, style, artist, design time, session length, and complexity.
Piercing and aesthetics prices may vary depending on the service, product, placement, treatment area, or consultation outcome.
We reserve the right to update prices at any time. Any confirmed appointment price will be discussed before the service begins.
Custom tattoo designs are created based on the information, references, and instructions you provide.
Please provide accurate details about size, placement, style, wording, spelling, dates, symbols, and reference images before your appointment.
Design changes may be possible, but major changes requested close to or during the appointment may require extra time, extra charges, or a new appointment.
We do not guarantee that a design can be copied exactly from a reference image, especially where it belongs to another artist, is low quality, copyrighted, or unsuitable for tattooing.
All custom artwork created by our artists remains the intellectual property of the artist or studio unless agreed otherwise in writing.
You must be 18 or over to receive a tattoo at our studio. We may ask for valid photo ID before your appointment.
We will not tattoo anyone under the age of 18, even with parental or guardian consent.
For piercings, age requirements may vary depending on the piercing type, studio policy, and applicable rules. We may require photo ID and, where appropriate, a parent or legal guardian to be present.
Certain piercings, intimate piercings, and aesthetics services are strictly for clients aged 18 or over.
We reserve the right to refuse service if we are not satisfied with proof of age or identity.
Where aesthetics services are offered, including Botox, lip fillers, non surgical face lift treatments, or similar services, they are subject to consultation and suitability checks.
Aesthetics treatments are only available to clients aged 18 or over.
We may refuse treatment if we believe it is unsafe, unsuitable, unrealistic, medically inappropriate, or not in the client’s best interest.
Results may vary from person to person. We cannot guarantee a specific result, duration, or appearance from any aesthetics treatment.
You must provide accurate medical information before treatment, including allergies, medication, previous reactions, pregnancy, breastfeeding, medical conditions, or recent procedures.
Before receiving a tattoo, piercing, aesthetics treatment, or related service, you may be required to complete a consent form, consultation form, or medical questionnaire.
You must provide accurate and complete information. This includes allergies, skin conditions, medication, blood conditions, pregnancy, breastfeeding, medical history, recent treatments, and any other information that may affect your safety or suitability.
We reserve the right to refuse, postpone, or stop a service if we believe it may not be safe or suitable.
You should seek medical advice before booking if you are unsure whether a tattoo, piercing, or aesthetics treatment is suitable for you.
We will not provide services to anyone who appears to be under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any substance that may affect judgement, consent, or healing.
We reserve the right to refuse service or remove anyone from the studio for abusive, aggressive, threatening, inappropriate, discriminatory, or unsafe behaviour.
If your appointment is cancelled due to behaviour, intoxication, or failure to follow studio rules, your deposit may be lost.
We follow strict hygiene, sterilisation, and professional studio procedures.
Clients must follow all instructions given by the artist, piercer, practitioner, or studio staff before, during, and after the appointment.
Please do not attend your appointment if you are unwell, have symptoms of infection, have a contagious condition, or have any health concern that may affect the appointment. Contact us in advance so we can advise or reschedule where appropriate.
Aftercare instructions will be provided verbally and/or in writing after your appointment.
You are responsible for following the aftercare advice properly.
Poor aftercare, touching the area with unclean hands, swimming too soon, sun exposure, picking, scratching, using unsuitable products, or ignoring advice can affect healing and final results.
We are not responsible for issues caused by failure to follow aftercare instructions, lifestyle factors, individual healing differences, allergic reactions, infection caused after leaving the studio, or interference with the treated area.
If you have concerns after your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible.
Tattoos, piercings, and aesthetics results can vary depending on skin type, placement, aftercare, lifestyle, healing, and individual body response.
A tattoo may look different once healed compared to when it is fresh.
Touch ups may be offered at our discretion and may be subject to time limits, appointment availability, and additional charges.
Touch ups may not be free where the issue is caused by poor aftercare, failure to follow instructions, unsuitable healing conditions, sun damage, picking, scratching, or late contact after healing.
We reserve the right to refuse any service at our discretion.
This may include unsafe or unsuitable placement, offensive or illegal designs, designs copied inappropriately from another artist, clients under the required age, lack of valid ID, medical or safety concerns, intoxication, inappropriate behaviour, unrealistic expectations, failure to complete required forms, or failure to follow studio instructions.
Our decision to refuse service may be made before or during an appointment.
By booking with us, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, you are legally old enough for the service requested, you understand the nature of the service, and you understand that tattoos and certain procedures are permanent or semi permanent.
You also confirm that you have asked any questions before the service begins, checked spelling, dates, symbols, placement, and design details before approval, and agree to follow aftercare instructions.
Once a stencil, design, placement, spelling, or treatment plan has been approved by you and the service has started, changes may not be possible.
Gift vouchers, if offered, are valid only for the period stated on the voucher.
Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
Lost, stolen, expired, or damaged vouchers may not be replaced.
Vouchers may not cover deposits unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to refuse a voucher if it appears to have been altered, copied, misused, or fraudulently obtained.
Offers, discounts, and promotions are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.
Promotions cannot usually be combined with other offers unless we confirm otherwise.
Special offers may have specific conditions, expiry dates, booking requirements, or service limitations.

Deposits, balances, and service charges must be paid according to the instructions provided at the time of booking.
We reserve the right to refuse future bookings where payments remain unpaid.

We are not responsible for loss, damage, reaction, infection, poor healing, dissatisfaction, or other issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by you, failure to follow aftercare advice, medical conditions not disclosed to us, allergic reactions, individual body responses, interference with the tattoo, piercing, or treated area after leaving the studio, third party products or treatments, normal healing changes, or your own decision to proceed after consultation.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Our website may contain links to third party websites, booking systems, payment providers, review platforms, maps, or social media pages.
We are not responsible for the content, policies, availability, or actions of third party websites or providers.
